Per the protocol in prompt.md §4, this evaluator runs in isolation against /tmp/v070-nhi-assessment-<ts>-gpt-5-5/ (or .local-runs/ equivalent) with no cross-talk to the Claude Opus 4.7 or Grok 4.3 reports during execution. The decorrelated-errors property that justifies running three evaluators requires this isolation.
